You can see mold and algae growing in the fiberglass. This has spread and caused more extensive damage.

This is only part of the damage. Separated fiberglass is visible. more prep is needed. The longer you wait to repair, the worse the damage gets. This also means that it will be come more expensive the longer you wait.
